121 candidates contesting within the Lok Sabha elections have declared themselves illiterate, and 359 have acknowledged that they’ve studied as much as the fifth grade, in keeping with an evaluation of the studies shared by the ballot rights physique ADR.

The information reveals that 647 candidates have reported their training degree as much as the eighth grade. About 1,303 candidates have declared themselves as having handed the twelfth grade and 1,502 candidates have a graduate diploma.

There are 198 candidates with a doctorate, in keeping with the evaluation.

The Affiliation for Democratic Reforms (ADR) has analyzed the academic {qualifications} of 8,337 out of 8,360 candidates contesting within the Lok Sabha elections.

Within the first part of the elections, 639 candidates reported their academic {qualifications} as being between the fifth and twelfth grades, whereas 836 candidates have {qualifications} of graduate degree or greater. Moreover, 36 candidates declared themselves as simply literate, 26 as illiterate, and 4 didn’t disclose their academic {qualifications}.

Through the second part, 533 candidates declared their training ranges as between the fifth and twelfth grades, whereas 574 candidates reported being graduates or greater. About 37 candidates declared themselves as simply literate, eight as illiterate, and three didn’t present their academic {qualifications}.

Within the third part, 639 candidates reported their academic {qualifications} as being between the fifth and twelfth grades, whereas 591 candidates declared themselves as graduates or greater. Moreover, 56 are simply literate, and 19 are illiterate. Three candidates didn’t disclose their academic {qualifications}.

For the fourth part, 644 candidates declared their training ranges as between the fifth and twelfth grades, whereas 944 reported being graduates or greater. Thirty candidates declared themselves as simply literate, and 26 have been illiterate.

Within the fifth part, 293 candidates reported their academic {qualifications} as being between the fifth and twelfth grades, whereas 349 declared themselves graduates or with greater levels. Round 20 candidates are simply literate, and 5 are illiterate. Two candidates didn’t disclose their academic {qualifications}.

Within the sixth part, 332 candidates declared their academic {qualifications} as between the fifth and twelfth grades, whereas 487 reported being graduates or greater. There are 22 diploma holders, 12 candidates who’re simply literate, and 13 who’re illiterate.

Within the seventh part, 402 candidates reported their academic {qualifications} as being between the fifth and twelfth grades, whereas 430 declared themselves as graduates or greater. There are 20 diploma holders, 26 candidates who’re simply literate, and 24 who’re illiterate. Two candidates didn’t disclose their academic {qualifications}.

The elections are being carried out in seven phases from April 19 to June 1, with the vote counting scheduled for June 4. With 5 phases being accomplished, the sixth and seventh phases are set for Could 25 and June 1, respectively.
