The Italian island of Capri lifted a ban on vacationers Saturday after issues with the water provide to the vacation hotspot have been resolved.
Capri’s mayor, Paolo Falco, mentioned the ban was “revoked” after a technical challenge stopping the arrival of water from the mainland was mounted.
The ban was introduced early Saturday, forcing a number of morning ferries on their method to the island from Naples and Sorrento in southern Italy to return to port.
