The principal and few different employees members of a personal faculty have been on Saturday allegedly assaulted by a bunch of individuals right here after they stopped some outsiders from enjoying within the campus, police stated.

An FIR has been lodged towards eight individuals in reference to the incident that came about on the premises of college within the Gandhi Park Police station space, they stated.

A purported video of the incident can be doing the rounds on social media platforms.

In accordance with the criticism, Archana Varshney, the feminine principal, stated the incident occurred when the varsity employees requested some outsiders enjoying within the meeting floor to go away the premises.

“Following this, many of the children left the bottom. Nonetheless, a few of them refused to budge. They even referred to as up their relations who reached there and began inflicting a ruckus,” she stated.

“They even charged upon me and assaulted a number of the faculty employees,” Varshney added.

Based mostly on the principal’s criticism, police lodged an FIR underneath sections 147 (rioting), 323 (voluntarily inflicting hurt) and 504 (intentional insult) of the Indian Penal Code towards three named and 5 unidentified individuals.

The police are but to make any arrests within the case.
