Jaipur:

An undertrial prisoner who was taken to an area court docket for listening to in a case on Monday hurled his slipper on the Justice of the Peace contained in the courtroom in Bhilwara district of Rajasthan, police stated.

Rasik Mohammad, ASI, Metropolis Kotwali police station stated Ismail, who’s underneath judicial custody in a case of theft, was taken to the court docket of extra chief judicial Justice of the Peace from jail.

“He immediately took out his slipper and threw it on the Justice of the Peace,” Mohammad stated, including that the accused was despatched to judicial custody once more.

A case is being registered towards the accused by the Justice of the Peace and he can be arrested on manufacturing warrant, the ASI stated.
