Delhi Police has arrested two individuals for allegedly trying to extort cash from a woman. In response to the police, the accused threatened her of circulating her personal photographs on social media.

The accused individuals have been recognized as Govind, 22, and Ansh Sharma, 19, each residents of Ashok Vihar, Delhi.

The police stated {that a} criticism was obtained at Police Station Cyber North Delhi by way of the Nationwide Cybercrime Reporting Portal (NCRP).

The complainant, 19, alleged that she had been receiving threatening messages on her Instagram and Whatsapp accounts from an nameless individual.
