The Israeli military stated its troops shot and killed three hostages on Friday after “mistakenly” figuring out them as a menace.

“Throughout fight in Shejaiya, the IDF (military) mistakenly recognized three Israeli hostages as a menace. In consequence, the troops fired towards them they usually have been killed,” the military stated in an announcement.
